I need to vent! I was mugged!
Ok. I was walking home, in the same block I've lived pretty much my whole life. Nothing never happens here. Nothing. So, I was walking, and right in front of my building's door (the doorman is behind a second door, so he couldn't see), a guy comes at me with a knife. He made me walk about 400 metres, asking for my phone and my iPod, with a knife on my back. I feel so vulnerable! I'm so damn.... my nerves are cracking. I just hope the guy has a slow and painful death, preferably in my eyesight.

Well. Mugging is, let's say, not unusual at all here... I called the cops, they told me to go to a 'Comisaría' (like a big police station)...I had to queue one hour to denounce what had happened to me. They didn't care at all, so I had to use some influences to at least get my case archived, and the guy's profile sent to some cops. I mean, people gets mugged here but in the bad neighbourhoods... I live in the same block as the American Ambassador, a Minister of the Government. That shouldn't happen.

Well, I'm not hurt, although I am completely paranoid right now, I miss my iPod like hell, and I'm scared because all my information was in my iPod (school passwords, university codes, my banker's phone, my address....). I mean, the guy had a knife poking me for 4 minutes... I guess I have the right to be paranoid for a while, don't I?

Well, he stole my Citi card. Just that from my wallet. It took me like 4 minutes to cancel the card, but it'll take me like 3 months to get a new card issued, since they need to send it all the way from NY. Puagh.
